Evolved Network to Hold Fundraising Cocktail Party on November 11

Chef-Driven Event to Take Place at Publican Quality Meats

The Evolved Network is a Chicago non-profit that provides underprivileged young people with food education, cooking lessons and life skills. I am a big admirer of founder Sebastian White, a self-taught chef who has emerged with the support and mentorship of many of the Chicago region's leading culinary artists.
Sebastian has raised valuable funding for The Evolved Network's work through a series of food-focused events. The next one takes place the evening of Wednesday, November 11 at Publican Quality Meats (PQM) in the Fulton Market district.
Titled "Come Through: An Evening with The Evolved Network at PQM," this informal gathering will feature bites prepared by Sebastian; Rob Levitt, executive chef at The Publican restaurant (located directly across the street from PQM); and Zack Engel, a master of Middle Eastern cuisine at Galit and Cafe Yaya in the Lincoln Park neighborhood.
Here are the details from The Evolved Network, with a link below to register for the event.

Hello friends:
We're hosting an evening at Publican Quality Metas, and we'd love for you to come through.
COME THROUGH: AN EVENING WITH THE EVOLVED NETWORK AT PQM
Wednesday, November 11, 6-9 p.m.
Publican Quality Meats, 825 W. Fulton Market St.
No assigned seats. No formal program. Just an open invitation to show up, grab a bite, have a drink, and spend some time with The Evolved Network and the community that makes this work possible.
The evening will feature bites from Chef Rob Levitt (Publican, Publican Quality Meats), Chef Zach Engel (Galit, Cafe Yaya), and The Evolved Network's Sebastian White (Evolved Kitchen & Garden), alongside drinks from a special guest bartender. Come by anytime between 6 and 9 p.m. and stay as long as you'd like.
Tickets are $100, and the evening is part of our campaign to raise $40,000 to sustain The Evolved Network's work across Chicago schools.

Our school partners are navigating real budget pressure, and many can no longer fully fund this work on their own. Rather than stepping away, The Evolved Network has continued to show up and cover those gaps so young people can keep having these experiences.
Funds raised help support the instructors and garden educators who show up each week, fresh ingredients, garden supplies and materials, Project T.E.N. family kits, and our School Farmers Markets.
