Twelve Leading Chefs to Serve Delicious Preparations at Eden Restaurant

Sorry about the late notice, but if you are up for an extraordinary — and virtuous — dinner tonight, join the Eat & Sip Disaster Relief fundraiser, a culinary industry event sponsored by Chicago Chefs Cook and others.

The event take place at eden restaurant — 2734 W. Roscoe St. in Chicago's Avondale neighborhood — beginning at 6 p.m. Twelve of the Chicago region's leading chefs will be serving, and proceeds from the event will benefit people who have been victimized by natural disasters in Venezuela, Colombia, Nepal and Indiana.

Eat & Sip brings together Chicago’s hospitality community for an evening of incredible food, drinks, music, and giving back.

We’re coming together to raise funds for nonprofit organizations supporting communities in need in Venezuela, Colombia, Nepal, and Indiana.

We’re bringing together Chicago chefs, restaurants, beverage partners, and members of our hospitality community for one special night with a goal of welcoming guests and making a meaningful impact together supporting the following organizations:

SUN.RISAS: Venezuela @sun.risas - A nonprofit supporting vulnerable communities in Venezuela through humanitarian aid and emergency relief efforts.

ABACO: Colombia @abacocolombia - The Asociación de Bancos de Alimentos de Colombia brings together food banks across Colombia to fight hunger and improve access to food for communities in need.

THE FOOD BANK OF NORTHWEST INDIANA: Fighting hunger across Northwest Indiana by providing nutritious food and resources to children, families, and seniors through local pantries, mobile distributions, and community partners.
