Proceeds Benefit Non-Profit's Culinary-Focused Programs for Underprivileged Youths

Many of Chicago's top chefs have rallied to support Sebastian White's mission as founder of The Evolved Network, a groundbreaking non-profit that provides underprivileged youths with food education, culinary training and life skills. At same time, these chefs have come to respect Sebastian's artistry as a rising star chef.


The result has been a series of collaborative dinners at highly regarded restaurants to raise funds for The Evolved Network. The next of these is coming up on Saturday, December 13, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., with an extraordinary holiday evening at Café Yaya, hosted by James Beard Award winning Chef Zach Engel and Chef Sebastian.


Café Yaya, at 2431 N. Lincoln Ave. in the Lincoln Park neighborhood, adjoins Galit, Chef Zach's flagship restaurant.


According to The Evolved Network:


Experience Many Lights, One Table — a four-course, family-style dinner with wine pairings, celebrating connection, generosity, and the season’s warmth.
