Market Seeks Produce Vendors in Advance of June 6 Opening



There is a new entry to Chicago's robust farmers market community. Eckhart Park Farmers Market is scheduled to open on June 6 and will be open 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays through September 19.


The market will be located in the park at 1330 W. Chicago Ave. in the city's West Town neighborhood. It is just west of the Kennedy Expressway and a few blocks east of Ashland Ave.
