Non-Profit's Big Chicago Area Gathering Features Delicious Food, Fun & Inspiration

The Farm to Fork Feast is Illinois Stewardship Alliance's annual big event in the Chicago region. And the organization has announced a save-the-date for Saturday, September 27.
Held on McDonald Farm in the southwest suburb of Naperville, the feast raises funds to support the Alliance's role as the state's leading policy advocate for the local food and farm community. It also is a fun (and delicious) way for advocates of a better food system to catch up with acquaintances and make new ones, with a side order of inspiration.
As Alliance Development Director Melissa Freuh said in an email announcement, "Our past Feasts have been such a hit, and we're excited to continue building the momentum with local food advocates in the Chicagoland area to build a stronger local food and farm system."
She also wrote that those who want to make the event a success can offer an item or experience for the event's silent auction (click here) or can explore sponsorship opportunities (click here). Those interested in volunteering at the event can click the button below to contact Melissa.
So circle the date on your calendar, and stay tuned for more information when tickets go on sale.
