Closed Loop Farms' Dinner Saturday Features Star Indian Food Chefs

Dine On Delights by Rishi Kumar and Zubair Mohajir at Microgreens Growing Space

Closed Loop Farms is a leading Chicago producer of hand-harvested microgreens, herbs, edible flowers and salad greens. Based at The Plant — a food business incubator that advocates for a circular economy promoting sustainability and waste reduction — Closed Loop is a year-round farm that focuses on sustainable, organic growing practices while creating quality, reliable work for their community.

Their farm dinner this coming Saturday (August 22) starting at 5 p.m. will provide a tour of their growing facility at 1400 W. 46th St. — and a sumptous meal prepared by two of Chicago's most highly regarded chefs: Rishi Kumar and Zubair Mohajir of Mirra, Mariela, and Muhājir.

The communal style feast features Closed Loop's microgreens, lettuce, flowers, and herbs, complete with dessert and drinks.
